Jottler provides a visual content pipeline and calendar to track the status of your articles. This feature gives you a clear overview of upcoming, in-progress, and published content across your site.

Understanding the Content Pipeline​

The content pipeline offers a visual queue that helps you manage your content flow. It categorizes articles based on their current status:

  • Ready to Write: These are topics that Jottler has identified and prepared for writing.
  • In-Progress: Articles currently being researched, written, or fact-checked by Jottler's AI agents.
  • Published: Articles that have been successfully published to your connected CMS.

The Jottler dashboard provides a snapshot of your pipeline, showing:

  • PIPELINE: The number of articles currently in the pipeline.
  • REVIEW: The number of articles awaiting your review.
  • DONE: The total number of published articles.
  • WORDS: The total word count of generated content.

Autopilot Scheduling​

Jottler allows you to set your publishing frequency (1–5 articles/day), and the agent will handle the rest, automatically scheduling articles from your content clusters.

Monthly Re-linking​

To maintain and improve your site's topical authority, Jottler periodically updates older articles with new internal links as your content library grows. This process is managed automatically within the content pipeline.

Customizing Your Content Calendar​

While Jottler automates the content strategy, you can refine your topic tree and influence the content calendar through the AI chat interface. This allows you to:
